Moonchain Faucet
This guide will help you receive Moonchain Testnet tokens for the Geneva Testnet and Arbitrum Sepolia Testnet tokens from the respective faucets.
The MXC token is used as the gas token for Moonchain (Geneva Testnet). It is required to pay for L2 gas fees.
Arbitrum Sepolia ETH is used for gas/transaction fees on the Arbitrum Sepolia Testnet.
Prerequisites
Ensure you have an EVM-compatible wallet address to accept the testnet tokens. If you haven't done this yet, head over to the Moonchain Chains Overview page and follow the instructions to set up MetaMask and add the respective networks.
Steps to follow
1. Claim and receive your Geneva Testnet $MXC Tokens
- Navigate to the Geneva Testnet Faucet
- Insert your Wallet Address
- Click on "Send me MXC". The Geneva Testnet tokens should arrive shortly.
2. Claim and receive ETH on Arbitrum one (Sepolia)
- Navigate to the Arbitrum Once (Sepolia) Faucet
- Insert your Wallet Address and solve the Captcha.
- Click the "Request 0.0001 ETH" button to receive your ETH token.
You have successfully received tokens on both Ethereum Sepolia and Moonchain Geneva L2.
